These same schools will be in-charge of mapping actors and resources available for networking on ERP at local level and in promoting territorial initiatives aimed at spreading awareness on ERP issues among their local communities, involving local authorities, schools, local civil society organisations, public sector, and enterprises, with particular attention to agricultural and educational sectors. Within these initiatives, special attention will be given to the facilitation of exchange meetings with Southern partners, in order to encourage the building of twinning and the promotion of ERP cooperation programmes, linking Northern and Southern communities.
The involvement of local authorities is also strongly encouraged to guarantee the implementation of decentralized cooperation programmes.
