Ministries of Education, Environment, Social and Foreign Affairs will be informed and involved within thematic roundtables in which ERP strategies will be discussed with other representatives from civil society and UN agencies.
A special role will be played by a European focal point, who will be working in close collaboration with the official delegate of the Association of Italian NGOs in order to include ERP issues within the Advocacy plan of the CONCORD Food Security Working Group, official space of dialogue between European NGOs and European Institutions on European cooperation policies in Food Security.
Representatives of local civil society and NGOs will participate in the ERP regional capacity building events organized by FAO in collaboration with UNESCO in order to develop close links with Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development and Education to effectively address the learning needs of the poor.
