Niger: The Thematic Group to revise the National Programme on Food Security

The preparatory works for the National Programme on Food Security, initiated by the Government with the support of the Thematic Group on Food Security have begun. The thematic sections of the document, which will be complemented by the National Strategy for Food Security and the World Bank's Rural Development Strategy are being revised by the Thematic Group. The Group will consolidate comments from its members and finalize the document before presenting it at the regional level.
